If I did this project again I would include more principles of design rather than doing the same few multiple times. A success of this project was learning the basic concepts of Blender and the accurate shape of the landscape itself.

Camera Angles Blog Post


Establishing shot- establishes the context for a scene by including important objects.

Long shot- view from a great distance and the people appear smaller.

Medium shot- shot above the waist that allow the gestures of the object/character to be more present.
Eye level- camera angle is at eye level and angled toward the object/character.

Close up shot- shot includes close up of face and usually is paired with an expression of emotion.
Birds eye- shot from above.
Worms eye- shot from below.
Extreme close up- shows extreme detail in facial figures.
Reaction image- shot showing an emotional reaction expressing the mood.
Over the shoulder- a shot from behind one character/objects shoulder which includes the other character/object in sight.

POV- shows what a character is looking at.
